Play Therapy 

Play therapy is a structured, theoretically based approach to therapy that uses play as a means of helping children express their feelings and resolve psychosocial challenges. Through play, children can explore their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and communicate their experiences in a safe and controlled setting. Sand Tray Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Child-Parent Relational Therapy (CPRT)

A therapeutic approach, aimed to strengthen the attachment between children and their caregivers. This approach is typically completed in 10 therapeutic sessions with both the child and caregiver(s) present. In CPRT, caregivers become more in tune with the physical and emotional needs of their child. Caregivers improve communication with their child to facilitate co-regulation for emotional stability. In this framework, the child begins to feel more understood and accepted.
