Evan Rojas -Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Evan was born and raised in South Florida. Evan has 8 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a human services setting. He earned his Master of Health Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Catawba College, and is a National Certified Counselor, NCC. Evan has experience working with adolescents and adults in the criminal justice system, Veterans, and clients with dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental health.

 

Mr. Rojas uses a Strength-based person-centered approach implementing techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to help his clients be centered in the present moment and strive to get better every day. Evan helps clients through personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, family/relational dynamics, and other life transitions. He is passionate in helping people build and create the tools in order to handle the stressors life throws at us.

Colleen Easterlin, MS, Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern

Colleen has over 15 years of experience in helping others help themselves both physically and mentally. She earned her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and successfully completed the national licensing exam for the Board of Marriage & Family Therapists.

Her training allows her to look at the systemic picture of a client's life and use evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients improve the quality of their lives. She works from a strength-based approach and uses treatment modalities such as solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, and collaborative models. She is Gottman trained to work with couples (Level 1 & 2). Colleen is passionate about helping others get unstuck and back on track with life and understands the challenges that come with being a partner, parent, and the unforeseen stressors of life. Colleen works with male and female adults, and offers therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples counseling, and career challenges.

Audrey Jones, MS, LMHC,RPT

Audrey has  10 years of experience and training in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling. Her areas of expertise include treatment of anxiety, depression, postpartum disorders and women’s health, complex trauma/PTSD processing and recovery, consciousness and personality disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, it is her passion to assist children, teens, adults, and couples to overcome psychological barriers that have kept them from living fulfilling lives and to learn adaptive tools that will assist in navigating life challenges with more ease. Angela has over 20 years experience working In the USA and internationally with adults, children and families who have suffered complex trauma. As a Trauma-Informed coach, educator and interventionist she has worked closely with adoptive and at- risk families;  has trained professionals who serve vulnerable children and supported adults who have suffered trauma. As a Mental Health Therapist it is her passion to come alongside people from all backgrounds to help them find relief and move towards thriving. Angela sees clients with a variety of concerns such as Depression & Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD, Behavioral Challenges, Grief, Difficult Relationships and Big Life Changes. Ariel has been guiding individuals on their healing and growth journey since 2014. She is dedicated to helping teens, adults, and couples navigate the complexities of substance use, trauma, relationships, and parenting. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with addiction, recovery, depression, anxiety, and the lasting impact of trauma. She also supports couples facing relationship challenges, including codependency, communication struggles, and conflict resolution, as well as parents seeking guidance in building strong, healthy connections with their children.


Ariel’s approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices. She incorporates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques. Sarah Stupp, MSEd, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Sarah has 10 years of experience working in hospitals, emergency medicine, and medical research. Her experiences in the field led her to find her passion for mental health care. Making sure clients feel heard, seen, and safe in the therapeutic environment is her top priority. As a queer individual herself, she prides herself in providing a no judgement, gender affirming, and kink informed space where clients do not have to fear being over-pathologized.

 

Sarah focuses her practice working with people who struggle with (C)PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression for individuals, with a specialty in non-monogamous and queer individual and couples counseling. She practices from a trauma-informed perspective and enjoys educating her clients on the effects that past experiences can have on the brain and body. She uses EMDR to help her clients process their past and move forward with optimism and empowerment. 

 

Since she moved 4 times in her childhood and then 4 more times in her adulthood, she is also passionate about helping people of all ages who struggle with isolation and adjusting to new environments.

Erin is a Florida native with over five years of experience in the mental health field. Erin has worked with underserved populations, including individuals involved in the criminal justice system, survivors of human trafficking, and unaccompanied youth. Erin is dedicated to offering a supportive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds can address their challenges and work toward meaningful change.

Erin utilizes a holistic, trauma-informed approach, integrating psychodynamic, gestalt, and neurocounseling techniques to support healing. She works with individuals of all ages, helping them uncover unconscious patterns, build self-awareness, and navigate emotional and psychological struggles. Erin specializes in trauma,PTSD, addiction, anxiety & depression. Erin also works with couples and is a trained Gottman therapist ( Levels 1 & 2)

Erin’s diverse background allows her to connect with a broad range of individuals, empowering them to overcome adversity and move toward lasting growth and healing.

Lisa Arnabat, MS, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern

Lisa has  13  years of experience working with individuals in a human services setting. She has a passion for wellness counseling and supporting the whole body, mind, and soul. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults as well as adults and couples. Lisa is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.


Lisa practices from a trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral perspective, incorporating aspects of mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative therapy,  while placing an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Lisa also offers nutritional coaching to her clients  who maybe struggling with their relationship with food, meal planning and preparation or lifestyle changes.


Lisa is also trained in ART(accelerated resolution therapy) which is similar to EMDR .  Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, phobia, and trauma with positive images.


Lisa also has specialized experience working with individuals with eating disorders as well as self-harming behavior.

Neeley R. Hughey, Ph.D., LMHC, is the founder of Coastal Wellness. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Life Coach in Florida and Virginia. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Neeley offers services for individuals interested in EMDR from a trauma-informed perspective. Neeley is a military spouse (Navy)and also worked for the Department of Defense for 16 years before relocating to Melbourne, FL. She has specialized experience in working with active-duty military, military veterans, military spouses, DoD civilians, and contractors.
