How we work together.
Kelly has supported couples, families, and individuals since 2010, helping them build stronger relationships and more fulfilling lives. She combines a strengths-based, personalized approach with warmth, clarity, and practical tools.
Specializing in relationship satisfaction, Kelly works with couples to reconnect, heal old wounds, and rebuild trust, including support after infidelity. She also helps single women navigate dating with confidence. As a certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator, she offers premarital counseling to help couples proactively address challenges and strengthen their foundation.
Kelly integrates faith-based support upon request, drawing from her leadership experience in care ministry and Christian education.
Her clinical background includes trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, school-based services, and adolescent foster care. Kelly’s empathy is shaped by her experiences as a police officer’s wife, a parent of children on the autism spectrum, and an adult child of divorce. She brings firsthand understanding of anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and family addiction, offering both compassion and actionable strategies.
Kelly uses a family-systems lens and tailors therapy with evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Experiential Therapy.
