Garrett Works is a dedicated mental health counselor who blends clinical training with a warm, collaborative style to help clients create meaningful, sustainable change. He focuses on building a supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to move forward, especially when life feels stuck, overwhelming, or out of alignment. Garrett has experience working with a diverse range of client backgrounds. Including children, teens, adults, and couples.

Garrett takes integrative, evidence-based approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centered modalities. His approach is trauma-informed and relationship-centered, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and translate self-understanding into real-world action. His work commonly supports concerns like anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress/burnout, self-esteem, life transitions, and identity/relationship patterns, with an emphasis on practical tools and steady progress, while honoring the deeper “why” underneath what clients are experiencing.
